- Water is manually added to the basin.
- The drain valve on the panel allows for quick water drainage.
- Electric models feature a thermostat for temperature control between 30-90°C. Additionally, a safety thermostat prevents overheating.
- Electric models use adhesive resistance covered with silicone sleeves and include a safety thermostat at 140°C. In gas models, stainless steel burners are placed under the water basin, providing efficient heating.
- Depending on the device dimensions, the Benmari basin accommodates 1 or 2 GN 1/1 containers.
- One container is used for 40 sizes and two containers for 80 sizes.
- A separation strip is used to separate gastronorm containers.
