Tilting Pan
Tilting Pan
- The base of the cooking pan is made of high-quality stainless steel material, 8 mm thick, enhancing its resistance to rust.
- In gas models, stainless steel micro-perforated burners ensure maximum efficiency. For increased safety, a safety-equipped gas valve and a thermocouple for flame control are used.
- An electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy operation for users. Additionally, signal lamps on the panel indicate operation or ignition statuses.
- Micro switches in gas tilting pans automatically turn off the burners if the pan is lifted during operation, and they restart automatically when the pan returns to its original position.
- Gas models offer temperature adjustment between 120-300 °C. Electric models can adjust temperatures between 50-300 °C.
- Power adjustments are possible thanks to an energy regulator.
- Insulation material around the pan minimizes heat dispersion into the environment, resulting in energy savings with lower energy consumption.
- Manual lifting mechanism is standard in tilting pans, with an optional electric motorized lifting system available.
- All corners inside the pan are rounded and polished for easy cleaning.
- Special design stainless steel heaters beneath the cooking surface ensure a homogeneous cooking temperature. These heaters quickly bring the surface temperature to the desired level.
- Hot and cold water connections are possible, with valves for hot and cold water inlet controlled from the front panel. A chrome-plated faucet allows filling of the pan.
- Double-walled cover enhances insulation levels. An adjustable spring-loaded cover lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the cover.
- For increased safety and to prevent overheating, a safety thermostat is installed.
