Cabinet Fryer
- The chamber of the fryer is monoblock pressed and its corners are rounded. Rounded corners provide easy cleaning and hygiene.
- The hopper capacity is 22 liters.
- The special discount form on the user side of the fryer chamber prevents overflow. The fryer chamber was welded to the upper plate with a seam welding machine so that welding marks are not visible.
- Thanks to its entirely stainless steel body, it is long-lasting and durable.
- The oil temperature inside the pool can be adjusted up to a maximum of 190 °C via the thermostat. There is a safety (limit) thermostat to prevent the oil from overheating.
- Gas models have high efficiency specially designed stainless steel burners. Safety is increased with the piezo lighter ignition system.
- There are two baskets in each chamber as standard.
- Thanks to the drain valve placed under the oil pool, easy and safe oil discharge is provided.
- Thanks to stainless steel and low power density heaters, the oil can be used for a long time.
- The monoblock pool made by deep drawing is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The pool is long-lasting and easy to clean.
- The pool is welded to the upper table by seam welding.
- There is a perforated drain sheet piece that can be attached to the top plate for each pool. Baskets taken from the pool are placed on this piece of metal to drain excess water.
- With a pool volume of 40 liters, it is possible to purchase large amounts of product.
- Water can be filled into the pool with the water inlet controlled by a solenoid valve.
- The pool can be drained quickly with the large drain valve.
- Stainless steel micro-hole burner provides maximum efficiency. To increase safety, gas taps with safety devices and thermocouples for flame monitoring are used. Thanks to the pilot flame system in the burners, it is possible to use the device quickly and easily. Piezo lighter ignition is available. Ceramic glass observation section for flame monitoring is available in every pool.
- Thanks to stainless steel efficient heaters, the water temperature increases rapidly.
